Dynamic pricing
We review and adjust accommodation rates over time within the pricing approach agreed with you.
In practice
Consider seasonality, demand, availability and approaching stay dates when adjusting a rate. Income or occupancy is not guaranteed.
05
Review management
We monitor guest reviews and prepare appropriate responses, using feedback to identify practical improvements.
In practice
Thank a guest for positive feedback or respond professionally to a concern. We cannot control the rating a guest leaves.
06
Owner support
We act as your point of contact for the hosting services covered by your package and discuss questions or decisions that need your input.
In practice
